Permanent casual chef required for busy cafe in WOOLLAHRA, New South Wales

We are looking for an experienced chef or cook for our very busy café in Woollahra. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced chef with a passion for breakfast, lunch and tapas food.
You must have the following qualities:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in cafés / restaurant’s
- Eye for detail and food presentation
- Ability to maintain a clean working environment
- Ordering and monitoring of stock ensuring minimal wastage
- Updating the menu regularly as well as creating ongoing specials
- Available 2 to 3 days per week (permanent casual)
- Must be able to work without supervison
- Fluent English
The applicant must be hard working with a can do attitude, punctual, efficient and work well as a team.
